Cell group leader training manual

The training manual has great concepts and solid cell/small group principles. What I like most about it is its holistic nature. It sees small groups as being holistic in an Upward-Outward-Inward-Forwad way which is healthy and good. The biggest problem, and it is a large one is that the manual itself could have been written better/5(6). 2. Have projects involving help within the cell group itself. 3. Have fellowship times outside of the cell group. 4. Take on an outreach project as a cell group. It must be remembered that the small group is not meant to compete with the other programs of the church.
